Director of Planning LawRory Alexander is Director of Planning Law at MFMac, advising developers, housebuilders, local authorities and public sector organisations on planning and regulatory matters.
He helps clients navigate the planning system and achieve their development, regeneration and growth objectives.
Rory has extensive experience acting on projects across both the public and private sectors. He advises on planning agreements, compulsory purchase matters, planning appeals and listed building consents, supporting clients from the earliest stages of a project through to completion.
Working closely with local government and housebuilder clients, Rory provides clear, commercially focused advice that helps overcome challenges, manage risk and keep projects moving forward. His experience in housing and regeneration projects gives him a strong understanding of the legal, strategic and commercial issues that can arise throughout the development process.
