Senior SolicitorRoss advises individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters, including the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, administering executries, trusts, residential conveyancing, and preparing guardianship applications.
He regularly assists clients in the administration of deceased individuals' estates as well as drafting bespoke Wills and Powers of Attorney. He will also often authenticate documents being sent abroad through his role as a Notary Public.
Ross is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having gained the STEP Diploma with Distinction in 2023. STEP is the international association for professionals in the fields of Succession, Trusts and Estate related issues.
