Rowena advises individuals, businesses, charities and public sector organisations on a wide range of rural property and agricultural law issues.
As part of MFMac's Agricultural and Rural Property team, she helps clients navigate the opportunities and challenges associated with owning, managing and investing in rural land and assets.
She advises on the purchase and sale of estates and farms, agricultural tenancies, sporting and fishing rights, voluntary registration projects, finance arrangements and estate reorganisation. Her experience spans both straightforward transactions and large-scale restructuring projects, enabling her to deliver practical, commercially focused advice tailored to her clients' objectives.
Rowena has a particular interest in agricultural tenancies and works closely with landowners, farming businesses and other rural stakeholders. She provides clear, pragmatic guidance on both day-to-day issues and strategic projects, helping clients protect their interests, plan for the future and make informed decisions with confidence.
