Simon is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Simon provides general support to our Corporate team and advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions including corporate restructuring, equity investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, commercial contracts and data protection matters.
Simon graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Law with French Law (Hons). He spent a year at the University of Strasbourg in France. He joined Morton Fraser in March 2019 as a Corporate Banking and Finance Paralegal whilst completing his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice Course at the University of Edinburgh. He completed his traineeship with the firm in 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, Simon gained valuable work experience in a range of sectors including public, private and voluntary advice sectors. He also gained experience working abroad in an international law firm and he completed the European Commission's Blue Book traineeship programme.
