Susan's experience lies in commercial matters, including assisting in the drafting and negotiation of IP assignations and IP licences, assisting in the drafting and negotiation of terms and conditions and other commercial agreements, the provision of advice in relation to infringement of intellectual property rights, and assisting in the drafting and negotiation of Scots law contracts.
