Meghan qualified in 2018 and spent the final year of her traineeship exclusively in employment. She has experience of advising employers and employees in relation to a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including: settlement agreements, discrimination and the Equality Act 2010; contracts of employment at both junior and senior levels; varying terms and conditions; redundancy; gender pay gap reporting; and GDPR guidance for employers.
