We are the 'go to' law firm in Scotland for senior executive advice. Our specialist employment lawyers, based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, have acted for a very wide range of senior executives and office holders in both the private and public sector who have either been dismissed or who have been required to negotiate the terms of their departure.
Although our employment law solicitors are based in Edinburgh and Glasgow, we are able to provide employment advice over the telephone or via a video call throughout the UK.
How we can help you
We'll cut though the legal jargon and provide you with a clear understanding of what you're signing. If you'd like us to negotiate the terms of your departure then we will ensure that you get the best deal possible.
All of our employment lawyers have a huge amount of experience of negotiating and advising on complex executive departures. In addition to our employment law expertise we're also able to advise on tax, pensions, financial planning and corporate law.
We have more Law Society of Scotland accredited employment law specialists than any other team in Scotland. The team is rated by both Chambers and Legal 500 as one of the best in Scotland.

Our approach to fees
Prior to starting work, we'll advise you of the likely level of our fee and then we'll keep you updated as the matter progresses.
Our goal is to obtain the most financially beneficial package to you. We will though always keep the situation under review and will advise you if we consider that further negotiation is unlikely to be cost effective.
Where appropriate, we'll attempt to negotiate your settlement package so that our legal fees are covered by your employer. There's usually a limit to the level of fees an employer will contribute, but we'll work to maximise their contribution.
