Hayley Johnson is a Legal Director in our highly regarded Employment Law team with extensive experience of advising senior executives, including at Board and Executive Committee level, on complex workplace issues.
She is well-known for her expertise in senior executive and other employee exits, settlement agreement advice and high value employment disputes (including discrimination and whistleblowing), often acting where matters are both sensitive and time critical.
Approachable and highly responsive, Hayley combines technical excellence with a strong commitment to client care. Senior executive clients value her strategic advice and understanding of the commercial and reputational issues, alongside her fearless negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Hayley undertakes work for clients throughout the UK, including advising many London-based clients. Hayley also advises some employer clients, with particular expertise in advising employers on senior employee departures.
Hayley is a member of the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA) and the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).
