Senior Solicitor

Nikita is a Senior Solicitor in our Employment Law team.

Nikita advises employers and employees on a range of employment law matters including contracts of employment and employment policies, settlement agreements, redundancy, discrimination and the Equality Act 2010.

Prior to joining the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2019, she obtained her LLB at the University of Stirling, and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde.

As we know, employment law is a stressful and emotional topic and Nikita's relatable yet wholly professional approach helped me make good decisions, resulting in a better financial settlement and the strongest terms of agreement I could have possibly hoped for.
